We are pleased to inform that we will be hosting a webinar on “Patent Amendment”, as part of our Patent Law Webinar Series, on June 30th at 11:00 am. As we know, Patent Law is continuously evolving; Patent strategy also needs to be reviewed accordingly. The recent relevant topics in the area of Patent Law would, therefore, be discussed in this Webinar Series.

The session will be hosted by our Senior Partner and Head of Patent and Designs, Ms Archana Shanker, who holds over 28 years of extensive experience in Patents Prosecution and Litigation, Strategy and Designs. She has been ranked as one of the Most Powerful Women in Law by World IP Forum, one of the Top Women IP Practitioners by Managing Intellectual Property, in Experts Guide-Woman in Business Law, to name a few.

Ms Shanker’s core domain is strategizing in patent-related matters. She actively participates in pre-grant and post-grant Patent oppositions before the Patent Office and appeals and revocations before the IPAB.

She is a regular speaker/panelist at national and international forums on Intellectual Property.
